After a successful pilot year, the University of Toronto is offering community members a second chance to go to Mini-Health School. The six-week course to better living includes discussions on health, nutrition, exercise trends and aging and comes just in time for those looking to kick off their New Year's resolutions, co-ordinator Darcy Brioux said.

FEB. 11 START

"People are obviously working more hours than they should be, commuting more, have more family obligations and commitments," Brioux said. "People are generally not finding the time to focus on themselves ... Hopefully it helps them create a balanced plan towards their health."

The cost is $199 for lecture and practical sessions. Students and seniors are $139. The program starts Feb. 11.
